CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card will be required to be put on file for all new appointments. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment for any reason, please notify us asap. a $25 fee will be charged for any appointments canceled within 24 hours. For all no call/no shows, 50% of the service booked or $30 (whichever is higher) will be charged. Late Policy: We have a 10 minute grace period. Any minute after the grace period will be taken off your service. We are getting busier and never want to take time away from other customers. Beauty By Baily also has the right to charge for late appointments. I understand life happens but we all need to be respectful of each other’s time and other customers. Thank you!
